Who we are

This website is operated by RabWan Holdings, based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. For privacy questions email contact@rabwan.com.

What we collect

• Quote requests: the service you choose, your name, email address, optional company name, the requirements you describe and your consent to be contacted.
• Staff accounts: if you sign in, your email address and the details needed to keep you signed in. Public visitors do not need an account.
• Preferences: your language and light/dark choice are saved in your own browser so the site remembers them. They are not sent to us.
• Emails you send to our addresses (enquiry, sales, support, contact) are received in our mailboxes.

Why we use it

• To review and respond to your request, prepare a proposal and follow up with you.
• To send a confirmation of your request and notify our team that it has arrived.
• To keep the site and staff access secure and to limit abusive or automated submissions.

Who can see it

• Quote details are visible only to authorised RabWan Holdings staff. They are not published on the website and are not sold.
• We use service providers to run the site: hosting and database infrastructure, and an email delivery service that sends confirmation and notification emails. They process data only to provide those services.

Cookies and browser storage

• The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party analytics or advertising scripts, so there is nothing optional to accept or reject.
• Your browser saves your light/dark choice (rabwan.theme) and, if you change it, your language (rabwan-locale). These stay until you clear site data and are not sent to us.
• The browser keeps a temporary scroll position for the current tab, removed when the tab closes. If staff sign in, the sign-in session is kept in browser storage until sign-out, and the page to return to after Google sign-in is kept only for that tab.
• Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request.

Children

Our services are for businesses and organisations. The site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly ask children for information.

Emails we send

After a quote request we send one confirmation to you and one notification to our team. Staff accounts receive sign-in and password emails. We do not send marketing newsletters from this site.

Your requests

To ask what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, email contact@rabwan.com from the email address you used. We may ask you to confirm the request comes from you before acting. Requests are handled by our team; there is no automatic deletion tool.

Keeping data

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting work. A specific retention period will be added after review.
